Who owns Ever in Bloom?
My name is Madina and I am the owner of Ever in Bloom. Flowers have always held a special place in my heart. I believe they carry stories of the moments we want to remember forever. That’s what inspired me to start this business. Along with preserving flowers, I also own a balloon business called Ever Events. Can you tell I love events and all things creative? I feel so lucky to turn my passion into work and to be part of all your special moments.

Where are you located?
I am based in St. Catharines, Ontario but I service all of Canada and beyond. With the right aftercare, your bloom can last more than a week after you wedding and can be shipped to me from out of province/country. Send me an email to discuss long-distance orders. For local orders, I ask that you drop off your beautiful blooms to my home in St. Catharines the day after your wedding. Pick-up is available for a small fee.

How long does the preservation process take?
My preservation process takes around 3-4 weeks. As you’ll see from my gallery of past work, I meticulously preserve each flower to ensure it looks as fresh and vibrant as possible. To maintain this look for a life-time, the flowers need at least 2 weeks of drying time. The rest of the processing time is spent on beautifully arranging your flowers into their forever home - the sleek glass globe.

Can you preserve all flowers?
Almost! Unfortunately the beautiful white Calla Lilies and Orchids are not fans of the preservation process. Aside from those, I can preserve any bloom and leave it looking as fresh as the day you carried them. The brighter the flower is, the better it will hold its colour during the preservation process. White flowers do take on a rustic, light sand/beige hue but that makes them even more beautiful if you ask me! Check out the gallery to see how various flowers look after preservation.
-
Will my preserved flowers ever wilt?
If you avoid placing your final preservation piece in humid rooms such as bathrooms and sunrooms, and out of direct sunlight like windowsills, your blooms will live on for ever without any wilting, rotting or fading.

Can I gift flower preservation to a special bride in life?
Absolutely! I know I’m biased, but a bouquet preservation gift certificate is the perfect, unique and thoughtful gift for a bridal shower. Most brides will tell you that they felt sad discarding their bouquet after the wedding. Your wedding bouquet holds such beautiful memories - turning it into a forever heirloom is so special. This is truly a gift that keeps on giving! You can purchase this from the Shop page and I will mail you a beautiful gift certificate for gifting.
